Barely time to breathe!

As I'm blogging, I'm feeling quite guilty for not sleeping or studying or cleaning. It has been one crazy month. The best part, as always, is cute little Maycee! She is walking EVERYWHERE!! I mean, everywhere! She will run out the front door and half way down the yard before you can catch her!

Other updates: in exactly two weeks from today, Shem and I will have had our LAST final for the Spring semester. Woohoo!! It has been a very tough semester, juggling who watches Maycee, who gets to study, who has the car, etc, etc. With school being 20 miles away from home, it has really been a struggle to keep a positive attitude toward our situation. Goodness, living with parents is HARD. We are so thankful, though, because without their help we would be worse off and not have this great education under our belts. hehe....

So, my parents moved this past weekend. WOW. This house is a disaster, but it's great to be in a much larger space and Maycee have her own room. We are renting, so no major painting or make-overs will take place. I guess that's a good thing because it is a distraction, well at least for me. Maycee now has a backyard and front yard she loves to play in. We also have set up the baby grand piano and I can once again pick up with my talent. Things really are feeling fabulous with us Wanlass bunch, minus the stress of finals and the recent move. Well, I guess those are pretty big things. But we are doing great!

Easter is one of the best holidays! It is so wonderful to take a day to be reminded of Christ's purpose for coming to Earth. This past Easter was a very special day. We went to church and spent Easter with the Wanlass side. A fun Easter egg hunt was put on for the kids, although there had to be a bazillion eggs that they couldn't find. Haha, it was fun though! Pictures coming soon :)

Oh, I forgot one thing. My grandparents are coming to visit in two weeks to see my two brothers graduate from medical school! This will be the first time Maycee meets them! And I cannot believe it's been four years already! Let me mention...Jason was matched for his residency at Phoenix Children's Hospital and Chris was matched to Las Vegas! We are so excited for both of them, but are sad to see Chris and his cute family leave. It's all meant to be, though. I am so proud of my brothers! They are going to make great doctors!
